In May, we announced a new global distribution agreement with Anova, the world leader in remote monitoring of industrial telemetry solutions. Since then, momentum has built quickly, and we are already seeing the significant potential of this partnership to enable smarter operations and deliver greater value to customers worldwide.
Anova quickly recognized that our extensive market knowledge and ability to act as a single point of contact could simplify a complex logistics challenge with one of their existing customers in France.
A key objective of the partnership is to strengthen and enhance customer experience across all markets. By leveraging our established infrastructure to manage the distribution and installation of Anova’s telemetry solutions, we bring together two global leaders - Anova in remote monitoring and MAKEEN Energy in energy equipment and solutions - creating a strong foundation to achieve this goal.
By combining Anova’s advanced telemetry technology with our skilled technicians and dedicated customer support teams, we have already delivered tangible improvements for customers. One example is a recent case in France, where an Anova customer required installation and commissioning of telemetry systems across 3,000 sites. While Anova lacked the resources to manage a rollout of this scale, our partnership provided the ideal solution. With our market expertise, robust set-up, and experienced teams, we were able to execute this large and complex assignment successfully.
This project not only demonstrated the value of the partnership but also fostered closer collaboration between our Gas Equipment and Customer Support for Gas Solutions divisions in France. Together, they developed a new set-up to meet Anova’s needs and complete the assignment, showcasing the power of cross-divisional teamwork.
The strong synergy that emerged during the project illustrates how much more we can achieve when we act as one global organization. Working this way opens the door to new opportunities - even with some of the world’s largest gas companies.
