Valves

We’re currently testing a few features and layout functions, so this content is only here as placeholder text.

Gas Type

Gate valves (stainless steel)

Simple open/close is achieved by their fast-acting functionality whilst allowing a dual-flow. frequently used for bulk tanks, trucks, trailers, ASU plants and piping configurations.
Image of angle valve

Globe and angle valves

In the service pipelines of places like filling plants, bobtails, transports and bulk storage containers, globe and angle valves can regulate or completely shut off flow.
image of globe valves (bronze)

Globe valves (bronze)

Single-directional valves suitable for isolation or throttling of a product. Globe valves can be acquired in a ‘T’,’Y’ and angle shape, to match most spatial limitations of installations.

Globe valves (stainless steel)

Single-directional flow valve with high durability. The stainless steel casting provides enhanced durability and allows safe handling of corrosive and hazardous products.
image of high pressure valves

High pressure valves

Highly durable valves for cryogenic applications, designed specifically to endure pressures larger than 500 psi. These valves are ignition resistant during operation with highly pressurised oxygen.
Internal relief valve portrayed

Internal pressure relief valves

Available in fully or semi-internal types, internal pressure relief valves (or internal PRV’s) provide over-pressure protection for mobile tanks and containers.
Pictured is an internal valve

Internal valves

As a safety measure to prevent spillage in case of damaged piping or tipped-over tanks, internal valves are important elements of LPG storage tanks.
image of Internal valves (flanged)

Internal valves (flanged)

Enhances tank safety by reducing the risk of spillage in case of broken pipe connections or accidents in delivery trucks and stationary storage tanks with flanged connections.
image of a liquid cylinder regulator

Liquid cylinder regulators

Pressure control of cylinder gas use line. Designed to withdraw gas from cryogenic cylinders with Oxygen, Nitrogen or Argon while maintaining reduced pressure.
Image of a low-pressure regulator

Low pressure line regulators

Suitable for CO2 and other cryogenics. Regulators of this type are used as first stage regulators in a two stage system. Their temperature tolerance limits them to use with vapours only.
image of male QDV valve

Male QDV

Vent coupler for tank installation. They are commonly installed into LNG tanks for simplified re-fuelling where they interlock with their female counterparts for optimal service.
Closeup of multi valve

Multi valves

Essentially a body containing many valves and functionalities, multi valves are specifically designed to fit in ASME containers with a single opening.
Picture of multiport

Multiports

On large stationary tanks with flanged connections, multiport manifold valves enable maintenance of relief valves without evacuating the contents of the vessel.
Image of needle valve

Needle valves

By allowing users to accurately control the flow and pressure of vapour and liquids, needle valves protect delicate gauges in pipework from pressure surge damage.
image of needle valve

Needle valves

Indispensable devices for accurate flow and pressure control. Often used in low flow-rate processes that require precise throttling of pressure.
image of noise reducing relief valve

Noise reducing relief valves

Up to 50% reduced noise from mechanical vibrations and liquid dynamics. Specifically designed for use in places such as laboratories or sensitive environments like hospitals.
image plunger check valve

Plunger check valves

Prevents reversed operation for compressors etc. during power loss. They are designed to prevent backflow of fluids and are commonly used on cryogenic bulk stations and pipelines.
Image of pressure builder (PB series)

Pressure builders (PB series)

Builds pressure if the demand is above the naturally produced volume. The PB series is great for microbulk tanks larger than 1,600 L, bulk tanks larger than 2,000 L to 60,000 L and manifolds.
Image of a pressure builder (RG series) with spindle

Pressure builders (RG series)

Builds pressure to meet rising demands exceeding the naturally produced volume. The RG series is well-suited for microbulk tanks smaller than 2,000 L, pipelines and liquid cylinders.
Pictured is a safety relief valve

Safety relief valves (SAL) – vapour

Type SAL safety relief valves are a last-in-line defense against the unintentional activation of shut-off valves, preventing dangerous overpressure by ensuring fast relief.
