Internal pressure relief valves

Available in fully or semi-internal types, internal pressure relief valves (or internal PRV’s) provide over-pressure protection for mobile tanks and containers.

Internal valves

As a safety measure to prevent spillage in case of damaged piping or tipped-over tanks, internal valves are important elements of LPG storage tanks.

Internal valves (flanged)

Enhances tank safety by reducing the risk of spillage in case of broken pipe connections or accidents in delivery trucks and stationary storage tanks with flanged connections.

Male QDV

Vent coupler for tank installation. They are commonly installed into LNG tanks for simplified re-fuelling where they interlock with their female counterparts for optimal service.

Multi valves

Essentially a body containing many valves and functionalities, multi valves are specifically designed to fit in ASME containers with a single opening.

Multiports

On large stationary tanks with flanged connections, multiport manifold valves enable maintenance of relief valves without evacuating the contents of the vessel.

Needle valves

By allowing users to accurately control the flow and pressure of vapour and liquids, needle valves protect delicate gauges in pipework from pressure surge damage.

Needle valves

Indispensable devices for accurate flow and pressure control. Often used in low flow-rate processes that require precise throttling of pressure.

Noise reducing relief valves

Up to 50% reduced noise from mechanical vibrations and liquid dynamics. Specifically designed for use in places such as laboratories or sensitive environments like hospitals.

Plunger check valves

Prevents reversed operation for compressors etc. during power loss. They are designed to prevent backflow of fluids and are commonly used on cryogenic bulk stations and pipelines.

Safety relief valves (SAL) – vapour

Type SAL safety relief valves are a last-in-line defense against the unintentional activation of shut-off valves, preventing dangerous overpressure by ensuring fast relief.

Service valves (liquid)

Liquid and vapour withdrawal service on ASME motorfuel containers equipped with capacity sufficient relief valves. The valves can be tailored to the given system they will be installed in.

Service valves (vapour)

Vapour withdrawal service on ASME and DOT containers equipped with capacity sufficient relief valves. The features can vary according to the specific requirements of the given system.

Shear valves

Also known as fire and crash valves, shear valves provide a critical, bi-directional shut-off safety function for autogas dispensers in case of impact or dislodgement.

Small relief valves

Vapour line over-pressure safety in cryogenic applications. Provides a last-in-line safety defense as a measure to protect equipment and operators from overpressure

Solenoid valves

Electromechanical valves that act depending on the digital signals they receive to control the flow of gas. They come with slow opening and fast closing actuators.

Spring check valves

Small-framed, high-pressure tolerance check valves. Suitable for horizontal in-line installation, after a pump, to prevent damage from reversed transmission of pressure and flow.

Swing check valves (brass)

These valves get their unique name from using a swinging disc to restrict flow to only one direction, activated by fluid flow in the pipeline. Highly suited for medium velocity/high flow uses.

Swing check valves (stainless steel)

Swing check valves in stainless steel are tolerant and flexible to fit most applications as well as restricting flow to be one-directional. They are ideal for use in liquid service.

Switchover valves

These valves allow flawless changeover between gas cylinders for continuous supply and minimal pressure loss. The switch can happen automatically or manually via a lever.
