Angle relief valves

Vessel protection combined with redirection of flow. Releases excess pressure, thereby protecting machinery and personnel from incidents caused by over-pressurised vessels or pipework.

Automatic changeovers

Uninterrupted cylinder supply of cryogenics. The changeover switches automatically between cylinders to prevent interruptions in the supply once a cylinder has been emptied.

Back check valves (flanged)

These one-directional valves close off if the flow direction changes or flow stops. They keep the contents of a container from escaping if the piping or fittings accidentally break.

Back check valves (threaded)

One-way valves that prevent the contents of a container from escaping if the piping or fittings unexpectedly break. Back check valves close off if the direction of flow changes, or if flow stops.

Ball valves

Operated by a simple 90˚ turn of a lever, ball valves can either fully permit or restrict flow. They are simple and fast acting valves for on/off operations.

Bypass valves

Protect your pumps and other components from damage by a build-up of overpressure. Bypass valves minimise wear on other pipe units and ensure easy maintenance.

Combination pressure builder/economisers

Combine the functionalities of a pressure builder and economiser increases the performance efficiency, ensuring effective operation.

Cryogenic valves

Multi-purpose valves are perfect for all applications as they are available in many functionalities. In-line shut-off, vent, hose drain or liquid fill are some of those functionalities.

Differential pressure valves

Available in mechanical or digital, differential pressure control valves often work with meters and vapour eliminators and are controlled by pressure differences or electrical signals.

Diverter valves

Enables change of relief valve without evacuating the contents of a cryogenic vessel. They also provide overpressure protection of storage vessels for increased safety.

Economisers

Economisers are great where cost and spatial restraints are important factors. Their functionality is different from a regulator where the outlet pressure is specifically adjusted.

Emergency shut off valves

Also known as ESV’s, these vital safety units respond to extreme changes in pressure, flow and temperature and will shut off flow both up and downstream of the valve.

Excess flow valves (flanged)

Normally open and bi-directional, these valves will shut the flow if the rate of flow exceeds an expected rate, until the pressure is close to equalised.

Excess flow valves (threaded)

A threaded excess flow valve is a bi-directional valve that shuts off flow in one direction if it exceeds a predetermined value. Its bleed-off feature assists in pressure equalisation.

External relief valves

In places where pressure can build to unsafe levels and cause dangerous situations, these relief valves provide added security for both people and equipment.

Female QDV

Fuel line venter, located on the dispensers at LNG refuelling stations, that interlocks easily with a male counterpart for fast connecting and disconnecting of fuelling lines.

Fill manifolds

A cost-efficient and system optimising combination of liquid supply and return to minimise welding requirements, maintenance, replacement costs and time spent on installation.

Final line regulators (1682 series)

Pressure reducing, second stage regulation of cryogenic gases. Reduces the pressure at the gas end-line to the allowed pressure limitations for devices that are sensitive to higher pressures.

Final line regulators (1784 series)

High capacity regulator with sensitive delivery pressure control. They are compatible with a variety of cryogenic gas operations in medical or industrial applications.

Gate valves (bronze)

Bi-directional valves with simple, fast-acting, open and close functionality. Often used in the handling of cryogenic liquids through bulk tanks, trailers, trucks and more.
